Two Tuen Mun projects up for sale next month,

Following the positive sales response for Island Resort in Siu Sai Wan, Ocean Shores in Tseung Kwan O, and two residential developments in Tuen Mun, units from these projects will go up for sale next month. One of the Tuen Mun developments, Nerine Cove - developed by a China Overseas Land & Investment-led consortium - will be available for sale in March. In the next two days, the consortium will invite over 30 banks and property agencies to visit the model units at its sales office. Public announcement of the sale will be arranged for next week. Nerine Cove comprises five residential blocks and houses a total of 1,264 units, each measuring between 700 and 1,100 sq ft in floor area.
