JP Art Planning releases 10 Victoria Hills
Yokohama South units, Kanagawa Prefecture
According to market sources, JP Art Planning will release 10 units from the third batch of phase two of the Victoria Hills Yokohama South residential development, located in Kanazawa Ward of Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa Prefecture from March 3. The 27,757.21 sq m development site comprises seven blocks of development - blocks A to G � housing 312 units. The company will release 10 units measuring 70.8-81.74 sq m from blocks A, B, F and G, for sale. Asking prices will range between Y28.48m (approx. US$256,180) and Y38.28m (approx. US$344,320). Construction of the developments is expected to be completed in mid-October this year, and units will be ready for occupation by late November.
